It also creates or contributes to most illnesses, hormonal problems, weight gain, mental tension, emotional problems, anxiety, and so on. Stress is our biggest roadblock when we want to lose weight.

My inspiration to create Elevate Movement Therapy came from working with clients who experienced similar challenges with their bodies and recognizing the huge gap between the fitness and yoga world. I combined my 30 years experience as a former competitive athlete, corrective exercise specialist, and my Kundalini Yoga expertise to create Elevate Movement Therapy. In this workout, Western logic meets Eastern philosophy.
