I specialize in working with busy moms and high achiever women, at all levels of fitness, who want to get in shape and manage stress.

My workouts are mindful and functional. I teach my clients about their bodies and to move safely. The women who work with me feel comfortable with moving their bodies and are not afraid of taking classes or getting injured while being active.

My workouts consist of exercises using body-weight, TRX, dumbbells, bands, stability and Bosu ball, tubes, stretching and foam rolling. I teach my clients relaxation techniques, breathing, and meditation.

I travel to my clients and train them in the comfort of their home or building gym. I travel to Montclair, Bloomfield, Hoboken, and Jersey City or areas nearby in New Jersey. I also train clients in Battery Park, Soho, West Village, Chelsea and the Upper West Side New York.
